We fill each curated box with gently used items, which are in very good to excellent condition. Clothing that are noticeably worn out, with tiny blemishes but in wearable condition will be noted transparently on the listing.
While we all have different definitions of 'used', below is how we define our condition standards.
Condition: LIKE NEW AND EXCELLENT
Clothes that are rarely been worn that practically look like new. They are washed but are in very good condition and no obvious sign of wear.
Condition: REGULAR WORN BUT VERY GOOD
Clothes that have been regularly used, enjoyed but well-cared. They may have some visible pilling and slightest fading, but they are free of hole and stain. The labels are intact and clear. These are generally clothes that have been worn by one child.
Condition: WELL WORN WITH BLEMISH
Clothes that have been passed on and enjoyed on by more than one child. These are in wearable condition but noticeably worn out. They have very visible signs of wear: visible pilling, fading, stains, tears, holes, labels that are faded. (Note for seller: clothing from fast fashion brands that are in well worn condition will not be paid out)
